If you are ordering on behalf of a company:

• All Hope Factory products are made to order, so please allow 2 weeks for delivery
• You can either contact our sales representative directly, who can come and see you, or you can shop online, and an email will be sent to our sales dept with your requested order.
• Once the email has been received, you will receive a call from our sales team, who will confirm your order, and delivery date.
• An invoice will then be sent to you requesting a 50% deposit.
• PLEASE NOTE: Prices do not include VAT and COURIER costs. These will be added to your final invoice, which will be sent to you by a sales representative. Minimum courier charge is R80.

How To Purchase Products Online

• Go to the "choose a catalogue" vertical banner on the right of your computer screen
• Click on a product theme under one of the 3 product ranges (i.e. Campaigns, conferences Events or Festive Season)
• Browse our gorgeous ranges
• Once you have chosen a product click "add to basket"
• Choose the quantity of the product and "add to basket"
• You can shop from any range and once you have finished you can click "checkout"
• An email will be sent to our sales dept with your requested order. Once the email has been received, a sales representative will call you to confirm your order and delivery date.
• An invoice will then be sent to you requesting a 50% deposit.
