The Hope Factory has developed its own mentoring model
which is constantly being improved to ensure it incorporates the
key factors necessary for the successful transfer of wisdom and
knowledge and the empowerment of our entrepreneurs. The
mentoring process focuses on key elements such as Purpose or
Goals, Plans, Feedback Systems and Return On Investment for
each entrepreneur we mentor, in order to make a measureable
impact.
Through our six comprehensive programmes, we develop both
formal and informal businesses, facilitate personal growth and
impact communities. Each of our programmes are supported by a
number of Programme Service Offerings (please see following
page).
