Meet Letty Nkosi, the force behind Hyades cleaning solutions based in Midrand is a 100% youth owned enterprise, her cleaning company offers residential and commercial comprehensive cleaning services they also supply and install hygiene products. She is revolutionising the cleaning industry with her eco-friendly products with passion, purpose, and a whole lot of sparkle. Letty is currently in our 9th cohort of our Flagship Programme and meets with her assigned volunteer coach once a month, where a diagnostic assessment and development report identified the specific areas of growth needed for her business. Letty has received a cleaning contract for 12 months and has employed 15 people part time. “I am very happy with my coach and monthly coaching sessions, I have learnt a lot already, I learnt about the 10 strategic pillars to grow my business and how to implement budgeting in my business.”
