Legae La Meletlo was established in 2007, and is a
company dedicated to catering, canteen services and
events.
Aletta Kganane, the dynamic owner started the business
with 5 permanent employees and they are still with her
today. They work between her 3 canteens that she runs at
Daimler Fleet Management (since 2011), SABC (since
2014) and Denel (since Jan 2015). She is passionate
about her canteens and believes that her background in
administration and catering has helped her remain
organised and produce consistently high quality catering
services.
Her key strategies for building solid relationships and
keeping clients happy include:
-Sound communication (she holds weekly feedback
sessions with her clients)
-Developing excellent listening skills
-Precise timemanagement
-Being organized but also flexible (she sometimes
receives calls extremely late the day before for an 8am
breakfast the next morning).
