Shando’s Construction is a 100% B-BBEE accredited company established in 2011 with diverse functions, departments and
responsibility. Our mission is to direct and drive an integrated construction company. We aim to develop strategy that
transforms the role of industry and stakeholders for sustainable growth, improved delivery, performance and value to public
and private sector clients, and investors through strategic partnerships. We strategically promote the empowerment of small,
medium and micro enterprises like ours, to improve their capability and grow the economy; to develop employees to be
meaningful participants in the organization.
Shando's Construction was formed purely because of the vision we had to own a company and out of our passion for the
construction industry. Shando's Construction is based in Gauteng. As Shando's continues to grow as a company, our long-term
goal is to expand our service offerings.
