Maphere Matome owner of Monye M Holdings won a special award for most jobs created at the SAICA ED Flagship cohort 8 graduation. “I am pleased to share that my business has successfully created 22 employment opportunities as a result of securing a three-year contract within the mining sector.” As part of this amazing achievement, 18 employees have been appointed on fixed-term contracts aligned with the duration of the project. In addition, 4 permanent staff members were recruited to support their new product line in the manufacturing of cleaning detergents. “Managing a growing team of employees is both a responsibility and a source of pride, as it aligns with our commitment to contributing positively to youth employment in South Africa.
