The entrepreneur's success is our success. They are our customer, and while right of admission on our
programme is reserved, as long as any entrepreneur is with The Hope Factory, our primary goal is their
personal growth, the development of their business, and the impact this generates. Our business
mentors are all passionate about small business, as well as being strategically employed based on key
mentorship attributes, business skill and life experience.
The business mentor is our most important
input into their business, as well as serving as the primary link to the other services we offer.

Just as the spokes of the wheel provide structure for it to remain in shape and serve its purpose, so our
