Fullmenu Catering
The company was started from my (Johanna) passion for cooking. After 16 years of experience in catering, I decided to pursue my
dream of having my own catering company. I started very small and in order to test the market, I went into companies and offices
giving them food samples. One of the companies decided to give me an opportunity to offer my services to them. With consistent
good service and by word of mouth andword of mouth, I gradually obtainedmore clients.
The company has been in existence for over 9 years. My son, Tshepo (Managing Member) joined as marketing manager and he
brought years of marketing and business management experience into the business; which contributed tremendously to the growth
of the company. Our future plans includemanaging canteens for corporate companies and owning amobile kitchen.
