I left my job to raise my son, but I still needed to earn an income so I started a business from home. It has been over 6
years, of which 5 years have been in theMaponyaMall (Soweto).
We offer, events supplies, arts and crafts and a playground / party venue in the mall. Future plans include opening a
franchise for events supplies.

run business dealing with family
events like birthdays, bridal / baby
showers, weddings, gifts and toys.
Ÿ We hire out tables and chairs for
kid's parties, decorations, jumping
castles and mobile play area, face
painting, balloon arts etc.
Ÿ We also sell wool, beads,
haberdashery, heritage attires,
school project material,
souvenirs.
Ÿ We hire out our party venue for
birthdays and showers.
Ÿ We offer a drop off for kids while
parents are shopping.
Ÿ Owning 2 shops in a large mall
