We are a 100% Black Female owned company established in 2001. The company was started to address the issue of skills
shortages in various sectors including Agriculture, Construction, Energy and Water and Early Childhood Development. We
have trained and aided some of our learners to establish their own co-operatives as our main focus is developing and
empowering youth and women particularly those in the rural areas. We teach skills to build sustainable businesses that will
contribute towards achievement eradication of extreme poverty and hunger. Our future plan is to duplicate our success
patterns on aNational basis.
