We aim to be an umbrella of businesses that assist in creating employment, empowering and elevating previously disadvantaged
youth and women. Bhubesikazi was established in late 2011 and our first project in 2012 was with Eskom, creating 30 job
opportunities for the youth of Diepsloot.
Bhubesikazi obtained a license to distribute Leadership andManagement skills development solutions sourced fromLeadership
Management International Inc. This was the official start of the leadership and organizational development pillar of the
company. We see a future which is unlimited with opportunities to offer our services to corporate South Africa and grow into a
fully-fledged leadership institution.
