trading as M Property Practice (MPP) was established in 2003 and provides a comprehensive
bouquet of real estate services including student accommodation, property rentals, sales and value-for-money property
management services. The business was established out of a passion for property. Husband and wife owners Thuto and Neo
Mosholi initially purchased their own residential properties then slowly built up an investment portfolio comprising both
commercial and residential properties. M Property Practice employs five professional and well experienced staff and uses
efficient state of the art propertymanagement software in providing professional property services.
