We are a private training provider accredited with the ETDP Seta, focusing
on the upskilling of employees. 4 of our core programmes include;
1. L.E.A.D Programme
This leadership training programme is geared to empower front line
managers or supervisors.
2. Career Advancement Programme
Soft skills are increasingly becoming the hard skills of today's work force.
It's just not enough to be highly trained in technical skills alone, as
interpersonal and relationship-building skills are more critical than ever.
3. High Impact Trainers Programme
This powerful programme puts the latest trends and techniques at the
trainer's fingertips, in particular, how to make the critical transition from
presenter, to facilitator.
4. Extra Lesson Saturday School
This is a supplementary educational intervention that engages with over
400 township based learners, designed to enhance weekday classroom
instruction. We offer lessons for grades 4 to 12.
We've managed to increase the
number of our school learners from
15 to over 450 learners, since the
programmes inception.
